Clinic appointments

We do not utilise an online booking system. 

Please call our reception for an appointment. 

We aim to give appointments with the doctor of your choice, however at busy times you may be offered an appointment with another doctor. 

If the matter is urgent please discuss this with our reception and we will strive to help

 We allow for a few On day emergency appointments that are triaged by our practice nurse 

After hours Urgent medical queries can be directed to the nursing station at Camperdown hospital on (03) 5593 7351

For all medical emergencies, including experiencing chest pain, call 000 

Home visits can be offered with your usual doctor depending on your location and circumstances and their availability. Please discuss your needs directly with your doctor during your consultation

Any feedback can be left in the suggestion box in our waiting room.

All complaints are taken seriously. Please express your concerns in writing.
