We aim to give appointments with the doctor of your choice, however at busy times you may be offered an appointment with another doctor.
If the matter is urgent please discuss with our reception and we will strive to help
We allow for few On day urgent appointments or walk-ins. These are triaged by our reception/practice nurse and directed to assistance accordingly.
After hours Urgent queries can be directed to nursing station at Camperdown hospital on 5593 7351
For all medical emergencies, including experiencing chest pain, call 000
Home visits can be offered with your usual doctor depending on your location and circumstances and their availability. Please discuss your needs directly with your doctor during your consultation
Any feedback can be left in the suggestion box in our waiting room.
All complaints are taken seriously. Please express your concerns in writing.

Due to confidentiality, doctors will not receive patient calls during a consultation. If you would like to speak directly to your doctor, please request that your doctor return your call, the doctor will be advised of your request and will return your call when free.
If the call is urgent, please advise a Receptionist; the doctor will be notified immediately and will speak with you as soon as possible
