FEES changes from January 2025

From 2025, The Camperdown Clinic will be changing our fees structure. Our rates will be private with a medicare rebate available for most patients. There will be a gap payment for patients. We have included a comprehensive fee list below for the most common consultations to be transparent so that patients fully understand the out-of-pocket costs associated with their medical care. Our private fees apply to face to face and telephone appointments.

The amount the consultation will cost, will depend on the time you spend with your doctor. Most routine consultations with our doctors last between 15 and 30 mins. 

For those in our community who are the most financially vulnerable we will allocate a specific number of bulk billing slots. There will also be no out of pocket fees payable to children 6 years and under and DVA card holders. We also do not charge out of pocket fees for GP management plans and childhood immunisations.

All TAC and Workcover related consults will be invoiced privately and patients can claim them directly with their provider. Please note that there will likely be a gap between TAC/Workcover claim rates and our fee rates. 

Our doctors and reception staff will provide you with detailed fees for any procedures such minor procedures, implants insertion/removals, excisions, biopsies, wound care, laceration suturing, plastering, investigative procedures such as ECG, spirometry. If you have any questions regarding our fees please speak with our reception staff or our Practice Manager.
